Do you have a RETURN immediately after the CLOSEWINDOW?

Absolutely no code should be running in the form after the CLOSEWINDOW and this
assures that condition.

Exitform = DOS

Maybe it’s an idea to set a trace to find out why it does not close

Which way is the best to close a form. I have always used closewindow, but it
seems like after the current update that sometimes some forms will not close,
yet they always have in the past
