[RBASE-L] - Not able to edit data from R>

In the past, I could use a command like:  EDIT ALL IN tablename WHERE PLANTYEAR 
= '2015'

I could edit data that was not setup to be edited through the normal 
application menus.

Now I can not seem to edit data using this command.

Is there a setting that could be impacting this command?

I'm guessing this started to show up in January.
