Similar to NULL, DATE, TIME, CHAR, the new NOCALC setting is relevant to
the connected database.

-- Example
   CONNECT dbname
   SET NOCALC ON
   DISCONNECT
   EXIT

   Start RBG95
   CONNECT dbname
   SHOW NOCALC

   (CVAL('NOCALC')) will reveal the current setting for NOCALC.
