I would like to display the text day of the week based on a date for a report.
I have tried the FORMAT function but I'm apparently doing something not quite right. Here's an example of the results I'm getting: SELECT DAY_DATE,(IDWK(DAY_DATE)),(FORMAT(DAY_DATE,'WWW+')) FROM LKUPDATE WHERE DAY_DATE BETWEEN 2/1/2015 AND 2/7/2015 DAY_DATE (IDWK(DAY_ (FORMAT(DAY_DAT ---------- ---------- --------------- 02/01/2015 7 02/02/2015 1 02/03/2015 2 02/04/2015 3 02/05/2015 4 02/06/2015 5 02/07/2015 6 What am I missing?
