So far I have only managed to make this work using File Gateway 'manually' and exporting to an XLSX Workbook. (I will try a few more options. Using a command file I have just ended up with the formula but no calculations in Excel.) (Maybe I am just slow.) By including a text column in the table which includes Excel formulae, (e.g. =+A2*B2), when this is exported to an Excel file the calculated columns are created in the spreadsheet. The format needs to be set in Excel, but at least the calculated values appear. By using a view I assume one could include totals etc. for the rows as well. Regards, John Docherty
