I just don't get display at times. Maybe because I just
don't use them that often
In a report I can do this : #.#,E+00
How do I translate that so I can display it in a form?
Jan,
Do you need to translate the display format in forms for
Database or Variable controls in Forms?
If you need to translate that specific scientific format for
Database controls in Forms, you will need to customize the
"Display Format".
Here's how:
While in Form Designer:
Main Menu | Tables | Display Format...
Notice the Display Format Windows for all related columns.
Click on the column you need to customize Display Format Mask
Either select the option from the list of Available Values or
simply type your own valid Display Format.
That's all there is to it!
Hope that helps!
