Yes, that would indicate that a CR is being
transmitted, but I do not think it is coming from
the barcode.  I am fairly sure it is the scanner
sending the CR, especially if it is on. Keyboard
Wedge mode.  

If you call up notepad and scan a UPC
off some package and you see the
CR I.e.  a new line.  It is your scanner
that is inserting the CR after it reads the
barcode.
