Thanks Bob. That did the trick.
Our off site IT people did this.
Afterwards one of our people found his notes that said the same thing.
This does not happen often so it is easy to forget.

I am away from the office, but I would attempt this. 

Right click on My Computer and select
Manage.  The select shares and open files.  Then select open files and see if 
any DB files show open.  If so, right click and close.  See if that works. 

Secondly, if you have a very recent RX1 backup file, replace the working copy 
with that. 

If the above does not work, restart the server if possible
