Dear R:BASE Community,

Occasionally, users ask if a new R:BASE release includes the R> Prompt.
Indeed R:BASE always does!

In reflection, what would R:BASE be without the R> Prompt?

The R> Prompt is the area of R:BASE in which users can enter SQL and
R:BASE-specific commands for using a database, and the program in general.
The R> Prompt is identified by the characters "R>" displayed on the top
left side of the screen.

As one of the dominating staples of the program, R:BASE X (Version 10)
for Windows has further reinforced this powerful feature. Several new
enhancements are proved below.

A new "Find in R> Prompt Output" utility has been added to allow searching
the output console for specific text. Forward and Backward (default) search
directions are available, with the ability to search for case sensitive text.

The Command History has been enhanced with a filter, to limit the displayed
commands, allowing users to easily locate a command previously used within
a long Command History list

The "More output follows" dialog has been modified to remain aside and non-
modal, but prominent within the output console.

All output messages when data changes are made for tables now include the
table name and number of rows affected.

Begin R:BASE Data Loading for Contact
End R:BASE Data Loading. 38 rows added to Contact

Successful INSERT operation, 248 rows generated in SalesHistory
Successful SUBTRACT operation, 7 rows generated in NoBonus
Successful PROJECT operation, 12 rows generated in TempEmployee
Successful INTERSECT operation, 13 rows generated in RepSales
Successful JOIN operation, 20 rows generated in ProdDetail
Successful UNION operation, 20 rows generated in SalesRepHistory

There are even more new items in the R> Prompt, and everywhere in R:BASE X!
