Keeping the situation at hand, using the Database Explorer, the best
approach would be
to "Edit Store Procedure ...", copy the content (code) to clipboard
or save to a file,
"Delete Stored Procedure ...", and then create a "New Stored Procedure ...".
During the process of creating New Stored Procedure, you will have
access to all options,
including Argument(s).
