Mike,
Thanks. I was way over thinking the issue. Walked away and the 'Duh' moment hit
this morning. Did some changes and success.

That's because you're not setting your variable to type TEXT before using the
getproperty command. GetProperty ONLY returns type TEXT. You have to use
coercion or conversion after if you need a numerical value.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Jumpto a specific row

Making a 14 day employee payroll w/ Enhanced DB Grid. (XE, latest updates).
One day each row. After entering info, I want to check for errors when the user
moves to any other day and force the user back to the row that had errors. No
errors? Go to whatever day they want. While the user is in the row, error
checks work, but too many error messages are possible and frustration
complaints come my way. I have used PREVROW, JUMPTO, etc. and looked through
RRBYW19. Getproperty gives RECNOs like 837465709 when the row ID number is
9836. The answer is just not clicking in my head. Any suggestions?
