Union in view crashes report

Hi all,

RBW6.5+ build 1.89xRT03

I have a report driven by a view.  The report crashes, closing RBase 
to the desktop, when the view includes "union sel..."

Sel * from viewName 
and
Sel * from viewName whe IDcol = .vIdVal
work fine, 
but not when printing the report, which is pretty simple. If I remove 
the union portion of the view the report prints w/o problem.

Any ideas?
