Here you go ...
Follow these steps:
01. Launch TGRB2000!
02. CONNECT DBName
03. Click on Object Manager
04. Click on desired TableName
05. Click on Design
06. Click on Columns
07. Highlight appropriate column name
08. Select Data Type TEXT
09. Type 7 for length
10. Click on AutoNum to check [x]
11. Type 1 for Initial value
12. Type 1 for Increment
13. Type [HOT]0000 for data Format
Save the Table.
Your records will have the format of HOT0001 - HOT9999!
Adjust the size of number accordingly.
