Go to [Layout\Report Settings] and in the centre of the form you will
see a section titled [Form Feed].
It will probably have the option [After Report Footer] checked.
Uncheck it.

That will depend on the variables in the report, whether or not it is based
on a view etc. As every var is evaluated every line of the report then
setting header or footer variables prior to the report printing can make a
significant difference.
