Try defining a variable that contains a hard blank ([Alt] 0255 for example)
and place it on each line till it gets to the last 10 lines where the real
stuff you want to print shows up.

You can try using a mono-spaced font (like Courier 10-12pt??), set
lines per page to something like 95, and adjust from there... though
you've probably been down that road :(  Also; you could print to a
file and copy the file to your printer. You'll loose any special
formatting like bold & italics but you will have the standard 6 lpi
you're accustomed to.
