Among many NEW COMMANDS and ENHANCEMENTS in R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++)
for Windows, a new SET AUTODROP ON/OFF option has also been added.
When AUTODROP is SET to ON, this new setting controls the feature
for a combo-box in a form to automatically drop-down the list when
it gets focus. The editable or non-editable automatic drop-down
list of combo box will allow the user to place the value into a
column or variable.
Syntax: SET AUTODROP OFF/ON
Default: OFF
The default for AUTODROP is to be OFF which makes previous versions
of R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5) for Windows behave in the standard way.
This new setting can be saved in your R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for
Windows RBASE.CFG file or in your individual application startup
file.
Supported environments:
. RBASE.CFG
. Command File
. EEPs
Notes:
. SHOW AUTODROP will display the current setting of AUTODROP.
. (CVAL('AUTODROP')) will return the current setting of AUTODROP.
