I double that Dennis!

You never want to rely on an unreuly cfg file hiding somewhere.  I set a bunch 
of settnings in my driving command file before I connect to the db and then 
again after I connect.  Some of that stuff is storred in the database and if 
you do some weird stuff w/ the owner password, all of a sudden everyone may 
have those setteing.  Some of them change after you connect to the database 
depending on what the setting was set to the last time the owner was attached 
to the db.

If I could have it my way the only thing the user Rbase.cfg file would do is 
to set the user, or even better, pull it from the network.  All of the rest of 
the settings shold come from your app.  On a network w/ 200 users, you never 
want to have to modify all of the rbase.cfg files.
