Hello Mike,
I think this comes from using a .CFG created under the DOS version. Try
this experiment.
Let RBAse for Windows create a new clean .CFG file.
Exit and re-enter making sure that you are using the newly created .CFG file.
You can verify this with SHOW NAME . Your new .CFG file should have a
unique user name that will let you know it was read.
Now try your form and see if the yyyy when away.
As I remember it had something to do with the .CFG 's case table or folding
table or LCfold or case sensitive tables. I use to get those annoying yyyy all
the time until I made it a policy to replace the old .CFG file with newly
created .CFG files manually modified to to my customer's requirements.
