SQL.LOG

I got a call from one of my clients complaining about a file called
SQL.LOG
that is taking up a lot of space on their server.  It is a text based
file that has a lot of words in it that look like they are related to
Rbase.  Anybody know what that file is or what it does?  Can it be
erased?
