Well, the trigger should run in Oterro, but of course, the commands in that
prodedure have to be ones that are allowed in Oterro.  Printing a report
with the PRINT command would not be allowed.  In fact, I doubt any output at
all would be allowed (since Oterro has no user interface).

Try submitting the commands in your procedure one-by-one to Oterro with
DIRECT DBMS ACTION.  If any come back with a Command not currently supported
message, that's the culprit.
