Bernie -

You can right-click within any paragraph,  choose either paragraph or
bullets and see lots of features and settings for the particular paragraph.
All formatting is contained in the actual paragraph marker - delete it and
you get the formatting for the NEXT paragraph.


You can also copy paragraph settings by clicking on the format paintbrush on
the tool bar then click in a different paragraph to paste the features.

Does someone know how to get MS Word 97 to display reveal codes?  As usual
MS is using its own jargon for objects/constucts/concepts for which the rest
of the world already has well established different terms.
