Mike,
Sorry I don't read your post closely!
I use the shift-End to highlight the entry and retype over the entry!
Best regards,

Mike,
Reset the input var to null before the re-running of the dialog statement!

Subject: overwrite in dialog box
Hi all,
Is it possible to change from insert mode to overwrite mode in side a
Dialog Box (Windows version)? It there is already data in the field,
and it's not the data the user needs, the user has to enter the new data
and then erase the old data still stuck at the end. The insert key does
not seem to make a difference. Is there a way to change that?
TIA!
Mike
