Bill, When using the Pop-up Menus ... option to customize the field in FORMS, the display limit is 10 rows. You could create an Entry EEP to display your own custom CHOOSE box with all options, including CAPTION, LINES, FORMATTED, etc. That way you can Run R:BASE Your Way!
