In a Multi-User environment, FASTLOCK can only be
set on when STATICDB is set ON, and both FASTLOCK
and STATICDB must be set ON before the database is
CONNected.
Like other R:BASE database modes (SET MULTI and
SET STATICDB), FASTLOCK requires ALL users to be
connected with the same setting.
The following command lines set STATICDB and
FASTLOCK correctly.
SET STATICDB ON
SET FASTLOCK ON
CONNECT dbname
