Mike, When The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5) for Windows was released on February 14, 2000, one of the major request was also implemented to insert customized (user defined) command syntax when pressing [F5] while in RBEDIT. That MAGIC ascii file is called COMMAND.INI The COMMAND.INI file is installed in your default installation directory, i.e, C:\RBTI\RBWIN65 You can customize that file according to YOUR FAVORITE STYLE of most commonly used commands. That way you can Run R:BASE Your Way! If there is any typo or whatever, you can correct that and do it your way. So, you can customize your own command syntax help file. Another productivity tool for professional/in-house developers... COMMAND.INI file includes most commonly used pre-defined command syntax. You can add or update any syntax in COMMAND.INI by using RBEdit or any text editor. While writing a new command file or updating an existing command file using RBEdit, simply type the first few characters of R:BASE Syntax, and then press [F5] key to have the command syntax typed automatically for you! Enjoy and make sure to have fun! Very Best Regards, Razzak.
