What version of RBase are you using?
I have found that NEXTROW and PREVROW in 6.5++ betas constantly gave
me the 'insufficient memory' problems even if it was in a region and
there were rows that it could advance to. Try replacing with playbacks
of [f8] or [f7], but for me this didn't work because after pounding away
on the form for a while I would get garbage typed into the field when
doing the playback.
