Of course right now I can't find the utility, but there is a way to send a message via novell that will popup on the users screen if they are logged in. From the server you type 'send "some message" to usernam'. Right now I can't find the DOS equivelent, but it is in the Novell docs somewhere. So, if you had a trigger on insert for your message table that zipped out of R:base and used the novell send utility, it might work. Now, I am not sure if you can do a zip from a trigger??
