>From the sound of it, it is pretty definitely a Win2000 issue. Somewhere,
somehow, there must be some caching issue when two different stations are
trying to read the same file.
It would be interesting to know if this problem occurs with other
file-server based database. Specifically, can you replicate the problem in
MS Access? That would probably bring you a response from MS.
