Since this is a display only field then create a text variable in
the form, say vt. Let's call the numeric value n and assuming it's a column
then the expression:
vt = (FORMAT(n, '9,999,999,990.0')) will set up the numeric value of n in
the proper display format with 0.0 being displayed when the value of n is 0.
vt is displayed rather than n.
