rbase 4.0 printing

running Rbase 4.0

For whatever reason: our tech decided to load Win2000 on a new computer for a staff 
member that is running Rbase 4.0.

Now she can't print without the program crashing. Here is what happens.
When she launches Rbase, and chooses a print command from her application menu, the 
screen blacks out and Rbase shuts down completely. Print job never goes to the printer.

Any suggestions of what is causing the problem?
