What OS was the computer running before 2000?  It appears your shortcut for
RBase does not have memory configured correctly and when you launch the
print routine RBase runs out of allocated memory space.....
There are variations on this, but this is what I have been using for RBase
Dos (4.5 to current) under WinNt4 since it's release and it works fine.

On the Memory tab of the Shortcut for RBdos.
    Environment                            Set To:
Conventional Memory               AUTO
Initial Environment                     3072
Expanded (EMS) Memory        NONE
Extended (XMS) Memory         NONE
Uses HMA                                Checked
MS-Dos Protected Memory        8192 (min)

If yours is different, set it to these values and give it another spin...
