Mike,

I'm sure that you have a startup file, such as RBASE.DAT 
or whatever to execute the application. If that is the 
case, then, you could use the (CVAL('CONNECTIONS')) options 
to control the number or connections/sessions with a unique 
NAME for each RBASE.CFG file on individual workstations.

As Manuel de Aguiar suggested earlier, you will need to keep 
track by creating a login track table to achieve that goal.
