I have noticed that if one does not include a DEFAULT CASE option in a SWITCH/ENDSW then when the command file ends with the message "Terminating all WHILE, SWITCH and IF blocks".  Does this mean that the as far as R:Base is concerned that the SWITCH statement is still in an open state?  If so, could this cause memory trouble?   TIA
