use the Document Object Module (Chaper 9) in conjunction with the @URL
example:
<@ASSIGN NAME="myDom" VALUE="<@DOM VALUE='<@URL
LOCATION="http://something">'>">
Learning XML my self, but have used the @URL to send data from one tango
server to another..
