If 2001/06/13 0:00:00 becomes
2001/06/13 0:00:00              00:00:00

maybe it's not the leading 0s but RBase is seeing the blank in 
between as a delimiter. Datetime is just adding in the 0:00:00 to 
complete its formatting (??).

Try setting space to ~ or | before the load. FWIW, I always set 
delimit and space to some odd characters before unloading/loading 
to avoid this type of problem.
