Also, this customer likes to view reports to the screen, but I have found
that if I use the Enter key to move the report down instead of the PgDn key
I lose my mouse function and have to reboot.
Has anyone experience any problems like these?

I just tryed that : no problem.
If the report fits on the current page, ENTER do the same than ESCAPE
(exit)
If not, ENTER do the same than PageDown it the last page, then go to the
last lines on the last page, then exit.
