Yesterday I installed a RBW app on a client's hardware (HP Vectra VL128 Mb
RAM) running NT4.0 SP 5 and I had many problems ...
First one is a strange error returned by AUTOCHK.
When I install my app, I install a DB with forms, reports, ... and empty
data tables.
On my PC (running W98SE), DB structure and contains seems OK (AUTOCHK
return NO ERROR FOUND).
Same DB (zipped on my PC and unzipped on the client's one) return the
following errors :
Warning : Column SYS_DATA at rowid 84755 has data length 0, expected 28502
(1273)
during Examinig LOB data in SYS_FORMS2
and AUTOCHK ends with "No errors found".
Any idea about what happen ?
Is there any reason why AUTOCHK would return errors when running NT and no
error when running W98SE ?
Could PKZIP corrupt a DB ?
Is there a way to know on which form is the problem ?
