Null In View

In my column list in my view, i'm using an IFEQ expression that needs to
evaluate if that field contains null (-0-).  I've tried IS NULL, IS NOT NULL
(reverse logic), -0-, '-0-', ' ', '', and none of them work.  Anybody know?
