Razzak :
I just tryed this new function GETVAL ('PlayAndExit','FileName') ... and I
am afraid it is bugged.
Seems that it works only when the length of FileName is an Odd number.
When FileName's length is an Even number, no error is returned in error
var, but bell rings and nothing play.
Example :
The WAV file is played when vson IN (
'12345678.WAV',123456.WAV,1234.WAV,12.WAV')
It don't when vson IN ( '1234567.WAV',12345.WAV,123.WAV,1.WAV')
SET var vson = '1.wav'
SET VAR vcurrdir = (CVAL('CURRDIR'))
SET var vTEXT TEXT = NULL
SET var vINT INT = NULL
-- Message sonore de bienvenue
SET var vson = (.vcurrdir + '\' + .vson)
set var vint = (CHKFILE(.vson))
SET var vTEXT = (GETVAL('PlayAndExit',.vson))
Each time, (CHKFILE(.vson)) return 1 to insure that the file exist ...
As the behavior is very strange, it took me about 1 hour to understand the
logical hidden behind this bug.
I'll report it to RDCC.
Best regards, and have fun in London ....
