Bernie,

You might wish to check out the 'COA2' utility from the PC magazine
web site (www.pcmag.com). The following is from the COA2 help
file:

"Overview

Once you install a program under Windows, the system starts building
a web of connections that make it difficult to move the program
anywhere else. If disk space constraints force a move, or if adding
a new device causes drive letters to change, the system can lose
track of essential files. To avoid that problem, use COA2 to send
"change of address" notifications to Windows.

COA2 tracks down all system references to the specified old address
(file or folder name) in shortcuts, INI files, and the Registry
and replaces them with the new address. When the changes are complete,
COA2 presents you with a list of the changes it made, and gives
the option to undo any of them, if necessary.

Note that COA2 does not move any files. It's the equivalent of
the Change of Address form you send to the Post Office, not the
moving van!

COA2 runs under Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT4,
and Windows 2000."

You might also wish to open a MSDOS prompt and enter the following
commands:
   CD E:
   CD \
   DIR RBG*.EXE /S /P

These commands will allow you to search the "E:" drive to see
if the rbase main executable file is present.

Make shure that adding the F: drive did not change the drive letter
assigned to your existing drives, include CD-ROM, Zip drives etc.
