Offer the DM access via Tango/Oterro via the internet!(best choice not
cheap!!!)

Would be easier to develop access that way versus comparison of
Databases!!!!

PC anywhere will be slow as would dialup access to a server but workable!
(Cheaper but a lot slower)

The most costly in time and effort would be comparison of the mobile and
main databases!(lots of manhours)
