Syntax
Option
TO filespec
Specifies the command file (not a file encoded with CodeLock) that
is to run after the QUIT command executes. If you wish to QUIT TO a command
block inside a Codelocked file you must specify the block name here and
then also use the IN parameter. When you don't use this option, R:BASE
returns to the command mode (R> prompt).
IN procfile
If you wish to QUIT TO a command block inside a Codelocked file you
must specify the name of the Codelocked file with this parameter................................................

In my experience it has never worked for me when I quit to an application
file such as the example
show in Syntax.htm.
I has work if you QUIT TO a codelock command file or a straight
ASCII command file.
I am either doing something wrong or the Rsyntax.htm syntax example
is incorrect

NOTE: application files is the ones that have the
$COMMAND modules in them.
command file is a straight simple command file that can be
codelock with option #1 from
the codelock menu.

Not sure if you are codelocking your files, but I found that the QUIT

failed on Code that was codelocked and had comments before any commands.
I took the comments out and it worked fine. I can't remember If I put
them back in after a few lines of code and tried it, but I know this was
the
culprit in my case. I am using RBWin6.5++.
