I know that this is hard to believe (I can't believe it myself ..) but I
confirm that :

RUN MyProgram.apx works and works again

but :

QUIT TO MyProgram.apx works only once, and then it return many :

'Unrecognized command - retype it (40)'

until I exit RBW.
