I once had a fashionable young woman, lots of wool, who would always lock
up her PC, just by touching her keyboard. But it wasn't the keyboard. If
she touched her metal desk (when she was reaching for the keyboard) and she
had a charge, she would reboot her PC. I solved the problem by putting a
large piece of cardboard between her desk and the PC tower that stood by it.
