Charles,

The RBARCODE.DLL is a "sample" DLL to use with the build-in
function of "Running DLLs" in The Glorious R:BASE 2000
(ver 6.5) and higher for Windows!

In order to use ANY custom DLL in Forms/Reports/Labels, you
will need to register an entry in RBASE.INI file.

Example:

[PlugIn]
FDRAWDLL0=RBARCODE.DLL
FDRAWDLL1=RBLOB.DLL
FDRAWDLL2=RBFONT.DLL
RDRAWDLL0=RBARCODE.DLL
RDRAWDLL1=RBLOB.DLL
RDRAWDLL2=RBFONT.DLL

FDRAWDLLx represents the sequence of custom DLL to be used
in Forms.

RDRAWDLLx represents the sequence of custom DLL to be used
in Reports/Labels.

Once that particular DLL is installed and the appropriate
entry is made in RBASE.DLL, you'll have the option to use
"Custom" check box and a pull-down menu of available DLLs
from "Column/Variable Object Properties" in Forms, Reports
and Labels.

Enjoy!

Very Best Regards,

Razzak.
