I'd like to offer another point of view on this.

RBTI's message had more the flavor of
desire for preparedness and caution due to
uncertainty than a flavor of fear.

In the face of the uncertainty regarding air
travel and the availability of attendees, the
decision to postpone seems wise and
appropriate.
