Thanks for the explanations - and sorry about my "false positive"... I'm
sure Brent's email is OK now.

I think I remember now that executables are set to no-no's at our firewall.

Actually, Brent attached to his message exactly the utility he intended.  
Because it was an executable, (newkeys.com), many of your mail 
servers stripped out the attachment. It was a case of a "false positive," 
and an extra cautious setting on your mail server.  

If you did not get Brent's utility, and are interested in it, email Brent 
directly to determine an alternate way to get it from him.  His address
