I would think that if you use the back
quote, you could put what you want
into the column names.

CREATE TABLE `Select` (`All` INT, `From` INT)
Make sure your version is 6.1 or above and that
your IDQUOTE setting is the backquote
and this will work.  I think it's a really bad
practice though.

You shouldn't need to use the back quote
for putting an underscore into a table or
column name though.

Perhaps another perspective on this is
that those underscores are hard to type.
I used to use them all the time but now
I use:

StudentAddress

instead of:

Student_Address.
