What I do in this case is create a dummy database with no tables. Then do
the sattach. Next unload all the data as ascii. Now load the data into your
working database. You can't just select specific or alias column names.

Greetings. I'm still trying to figure out a way to attach a Sybase database
to RBWIN 6.5. Any takers?
When I try and SATTACH, I receive several errors, most of which are similar
to: WARNING - Cannot attach a NOTE column to existing column DADDR of type
text (2946).
I tried attaching just one column as an experiment, but apparently RBase
still looks at all the columns.
Has any of this changed in 6.5++? Anyone know a workaround?
