Type:  SHOW CURRENCY at the R> and see if you get this:

 CURRENCY LOCATION   PREF
 CURRENCY DIGITS        2
 CURRENCY CONVENTION B
....................................................................................
Also try:  SHOW TOLERANCE
................................................................
 TOLERANCE               0.
.....................................................

Also check to see if the field on your form are not formatted.
